Building Envelope consultant on exterior renovations, including replacement of the original steel-framed windows and curtain walls; masonry repairs to address thermal leakage and water infiltration; addition of insulation and air barrier.

Achieve high performance and thermal comfort with limited budget and challenging existing conditions including many thermal bridges through solid concrete causing user discomfort. Extensive exterior field testing employed to expose issues in the existing building as well as tune design approach.
